Real help for real life

Some seasons knock the wind out of you.

Some relationships drain you. Some habits keep you stuck longer than they should. Sometimes the hardest part is admitting what is happening beneath “fine,” “okay,” and “good.”

Difficult, But Doable gives those experiences plain language. Kevin writes with the steady candor of someone who has spent decades listening to people face adversity—and watching them discover that change is still possible.

01

See the pattern

Recognize the fear, comparison, toxic dynamics, and busywork that quietly keep you in place.

02

Protect your progress

Set healthier boundaries, step away from emotional drain, and stop letting someone else rewrite your reality.

03

Move with purpose

Build personal goals, workable plans, and the persistence to keep going when progress is slower than expected.

Practical language that sticks

Tools you can remember when life gets complicated.

Kevin turns years of group conversations, clinical teamwork, and lived experience into simple frameworks you can return to.

F.O.G.Say what is actually true

Fine. Okay. Good. Kevin names the easy answers we hide behind—and shows why honest language is often the first step out of the fog.

R.A.P.Set goals that belong to you

Realistic. Attainable. Personal. A memorable filter for goals that can survive real life instead of collapsing under someone else’s timeline.

G.P.A.Turn intention into movement

Goals. Plans. Actions. A useful reminder that a good idea only changes your life when you give it a plan and take the next step.

C.R.A.P.Clear out what keeps you stuck

Criticism. Ridiculous expectations. Acting selfish. Pretending. Kevin’s direct inventory helps you recognize the habits and pressures that drain progress.

“I know I can do this. It’s going to be difficult, but doable.”

A patient’s words became the idea at the heart of Kevin’s book: proof that a setback does not erase what you already know is possible.
